How to Enter: To enter, complete and submit the above online entry form. All entries must be entered with the online form and be received between October 1, 2009 and September 30, 2010. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. You may obtain an official entry form by writing to: ProCraft Home Products Inc. 3214 W. Sylvania Ave Toledo Ohio 43613. Only one entry is permitted per unique email address during the sweepstakes entry period.
Selection of Winner: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by ProCraft Home Products Inc. The Prize will be awarded and the winner will be notified by mail or telephone. Prize is nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. ProCraft Home Products Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner. No purchase is necessary to win. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to submit to a sales presentation. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. Winner may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail.

The grand prize winner will receive their selection of Pro Crafts’ custom made windows, siding, or roofing professionally installed with a total maximum retail value of $10,000.00, as determined by Pro Crafts’ then-current price list. This prize must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. Installation must be provided by Pro Crafts’ personnel. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winner. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Rules, if a winner has already purchased goods or services from Pro Craft, the winner may choose (1) the grand prize; or (2) double the money back from their original purchase, up to $20,000 in cash.

House must be in suitable condition for installation (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage, etc.). Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation as deemed by Pro Craft must be performed at owner's expense prior to installation. Installation labor does not include painting or staining. No transfers, substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Pro Craft, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Cash value of the prize is deemed to be $10,000.00. Upon installation of prize, Pro Craft will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month following the award of the prize and installation must occur and be completed within twelve months of confirmed notification.

Eligibility Requirements: Sweepstakes open to residents in the state of Michigan and Ohio, who are homeowners, 18 years of age or older, except employees and their families of ProCraft Home Products Inc. This offer is void wherever prohibited by law.

Privacy: Participants in the " Pro Craft Exterior Home Makeover Sweepstakes”create a business relationship with ProCraft Home Products Inc and Pro Craft reserves the right to contact each participant regarding future promotions and offers. Participant’s names will not be shared with other parties.
Odds: The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes entry period. A purchase is not necessary to enter, and will not improve the chances of winning.
