Electronic Disclosure Agreement

By agreeing to this Electronic Disclosure Agreement (“E-SIGN Consent”), you consent to (1) receiving Communications from ProCraft Home Products (“we,” “us,” “our”) electronically and (2) providing your electronic signature as required for this Transaction.

Definitions

• “Communications” refers to any information, disclosures, notices, or documents that we are legally obligated to provide to you in writing as part of this Transaction. This includes but is not limited to, agreements, updates, and other important details related to your interaction with us.
• “Transaction” means your agreement to allow us to contact you via marketing calls and text messages. This may involve the use of automated systems, such as an automatic telephone dialling system or prerecorded/artificial voice messages, to reach you at the phone number(s) you provide. Your consent enables us to share promotional offers, updates, and other relevant information.

Duration of Consent

This E-SIGN Consent becomes effective as soon as you agree to it and applies exclusively to the specific Transaction at hand. It does not extend to any other agreements or interactions unless explicitly stated. Once the Transaction is completed, this E-SIGN Consent will no longer be in effect, though any consents you’ve provided as part of the Transaction will remain valid.

Right to Paper Copies

Providing E-SIGN Consent is optional, but it is required to complete the Transaction online. If you provide E-SIGN Consent and would like a paper copy of the Transaction Communication, please contact us at (419) 475-9600 or email us at info@procrafthomeproducts.com. A reasonable service fee, not exceeding $5 (USD), may apply for paper delivery.

Delivery Methods

We will deliver electronic Communications by making them accessible to you online. We recommend that you save or print a copy of any electronic Communications for your records. By agreeing to this E-SIGN Consent, you confirm that you can access, view, download, save, and print any Communications delivered electronically.

Signature

You understand that using a keyboard, mouse, or other device to select an item, button, icon, or similar action, or to otherwise indicate your agreement during this Transaction, constitutes your electronic signature. This electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to your physical signature.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To receive electronic Communications and provide electronic signatures on our website, you must have internet access, a supported operating system (such as Windows, Mac OS, Android, or iOS), and a supported web browser (such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari). By accepting this E-SIGN Consent, you confirm that you have the necessary hardware and software to access and retain the Communications.

Security

You acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure network and that electronic Communications transmitted online may be accessed by unauthorized third parties. While we have implemented reasonable technical safeguards to protect our systems, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You accept that receiving or sending Communications via the Internet carries inherent risks.
